The new AI for the Richreit Tower Hotel, Dubai
Concept
For the Neuromarketing course, our team agency "Proximus" developed an innovative project aimed at enhancing tourism and hospitality at the Richreit Tower in Dubai, a luxury 5-star hotel set to be completed by 2025. We firts analyzed major 5-star hotels in Dubai and found through a cross-analysis of online reviews an extreme standardization of services: high quality and luxury, but lacking in personalization and differentiation. Our project for the Richreit Tower focuses on these aspects, leveraging cutting-edge technology.  Technology can optimizes processes, offers precise tools, and automates services. Consequently, we developed the Proximus AI to be integrated into the hotel’s future app for guests. Our AI is based on six pillars: data processing for predictive analysis, virtual assistant, recommendation system, natural language processing, computer vision for biometric data, and physical solutions for device connectivity. This software enhances contemporary hospitality features, providing personalized attention to guests, speeding up services, and remembering preferences, habits, and moods. It learns who you are and what you enjoy. AI combined with neuromarketing becomes a powerful tool. The vast amount of data collected is decoded and simplified by AI, improving predictive solutions and personalized notifications. Our strategy includes an omnichannel presence, easy user interaction, reviews for every service, and 24/7 availability. This reassures guests, making them feel autonomous and supported throughout their stay, both within the hotel and in the surrounding area. A key element in developing the app is focusing on studying the client's micromoments. We intervene across various contact channels, providing informative content, interactive maps, and targeted suggestions. Unlike other hotels that only focus on the pre-arrival phase, we engage with guests at every stage of their stay through our app.

Introducing our AI-powered chatbot, Proxy, your travel companion designed to meet every need during your stay and to get to know you better. Proxy offers four intuitive features:
GuideMe: Plans your trip, booking services and activities with pop-up reminders.
InfoMe: 24/7 availability to answer all your questions.
MapMe: Helps you navigate the hotel.
KnowMe: Remembers your preferences and suggests activities.
During check-in, you can request a bracelet that monitors stress levels and vital signs, allowing Proxy to better understand your needs and provide immediate solutions. We look forward to welcoming you to the Richreit Tower Hotel in Dubai!
